After 26 years in high-level responsible positions in the financial sector, Rita Knott has founded in Luxembourg in 2004 her company Coaching Mentoring Consulting, accompanying until today members of Boards of Directors, entrepreneurs, senior and middle managers and their teams towards excellency in their professional roles.

She has founded in 2010 the non-profit House of Coaching Mentoring and Consulting to give a wider audience access to social responsibility programs focusing on corporate governance for start-ups and well established companies, professional orientation for pupils and  support programs for communal representatives during the communal election campaign in Luxembourg in 2017.

Together with three partners, she has founded in 2011 the London based company SineMuris Ltd., offering coaching services for sustainable leadership to multinational companies.
